This custom home was designed by Penny and the clients. The starting point was a “spec” home that had all of the basic elements that were important to the client. The exterior elevation was completed by Jonathan Miller to blend with the existing established neighborhood.
The clients had been told by other builders that the lot was unbuildable. That certainly was not the case! Penny took on the role of developer to coordinate the job of getting all of the utilities to the lot. She also became the liaison between the engineer (Land Design and Development), M.S.D. and Filcon to handle the massive amount of water that contributed to the lot’s problems. The end result was a lovely home on a very attractive and useable yard.
